Delete your Floralens account
This page explains how to delete your Floralens account (published by Chapalu Studio) and all data associated with it.
Delete your account from the app (recommended)
- Open the Floralens app.
- Go to Settings (bottom-right tab).
- Tap My account.
- Scroll to the Danger zone section.
- Tap Delete all data and confirm.
Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
Request deletion by email
If you no longer have access to the app, send a deletion request to support@floralens-app.com from the email address linked to your account (or include your account email). We process requests within 30 days.
What is deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:
- Your account and profile (name, email, sign-in identities such as Apple or Google)
- Your garden: plants, rooms, care history, reminders and journal entries
- Your plant identification history and uploaded photos
- Analytics identifiers linked to your account
What may be retained
- Purchase records: subscription and billing records are kept by Apple App Store / Google Play and by our payment processor (RevenueCat) as required for accounting and fraud prevention, for the legally required retention period.
- Aggregated, anonymised statistics that can no longer be linked to you.
- Server logs containing technical data are retained for up to 90 days for security purposes, then deleted.
